With a 25 year background in executive search, staffing, and consulting, I’ve spent my career helping businesses find the right talent, refine their strategies, and unlock new opportunities. But at the heart of it all, I’m just someone who loves solving problems, fostering meaningful relationships, and making an impact.

I started my consulting firm with one goal in mind—to help businesses navigate growth, change, and the ever-evolving challenges of their industries. Whether it’s helping companies build high-performing teams or guiding them through complex business decisions, I bring a hands-on, no-nonsense approach to every engagement.

Beyond work, you’ll probably find me hanging out with my wife and six daughters, working outside in the yard or garden, and following my wife’s direction as we remodel a room in our house (she’s the brains for sure!). I believe that business is personal, and that’s why I focus on real relationships, trust, and delivering results that matter.
